We grew up with food that took time – spices toasted by instinct, marinades built patiently, flavours that stayed with you long after the meal ended. But modern life doesn’t always allow for slow kitchens and long waits.

So we asked ourselves:

What if we could keep the soul of traditional Bangladeshi cooking, but deliver it with the speed and consistency people expect today?

That idea became Tajla.
